Ingredients:

- 5 Hard boiled Egg
- 1 Small (chopped finely) Onion
- 0.5 Tsp Ginger
- 3 Chopped finely Green Chili
- 4 Stalks finely chopped Cilantro
- 3 Tsp Gram Flour
- 1 Tsp Corn Flour
- To taste Salt
- 0.5 Tsp (powder) Peppercorns
- 0.5 Cup Cooking Oil
- Hard boil the eggs and mash finely.
- Mix all ingredients except oil adding little water. Knead into smooth dough and divide into 12 round portions. Flatten each into flat round cutlet size.
- Heat oil and deep fry 2 or 3 at a time in reduced heat till crisp light brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
