Egg Kebab

Delicious Kebab made with egg.

Ingredients:
  1. 5 Hard boiled Egg
  2. 1 Small (chopped finely) Onion
  3. 0.5 Tsp Ginger
  4. 3 Chopped finely Green Chili
  5. 4 Stalks finely chopped Cilantro
  6. 3 Tsp Gram Flour
  7. 1 Tsp Corn Flour
  8. To taste Salt
  9. 0.5 Tsp (powder) Peppercorns
  10. 0.5 Cup Cooking Oil
Instructions:
  1. Hard boil the eggs and mash finely.
  2. Mix all ingredients except oil adding little water. Knead into smooth dough and divide into 12 round portions. Flatten each into flat round cutlet size.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry 2 or 3 at a time in reduced heat till crisp light brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
